Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right immediately.

Non-Returnable Items For hygiene reasons, litter mats and grooming tools that have been used cannot be returned.

Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
